Do we accept returns?
Given the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Damages and Issues:
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at admin@tikl.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and include photographs of the affected product, and we will assist you accordingly.
Orders within Australia: A return label can be provided for you to attach to your return shipment at your expense.
International orders: You are responsible for arranging the return of the defective product(s) at your cost. Please contact us via email for further instructions.
Processing Time:
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 7 days for inspection and processing by our team.
Returns or exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Refunds are not provided; however, we can issue a store credit with no expiration date for your convenience.
Order Cancellations:
While we cannot guarantee cancellations, if you contact us promptly, we will attempt to cancel your order before processing and shipping. Reach out to our team at admin@tikl.com.au with your order number. If accepted, a store credit will be issued. Please wait for our email response before placing an additional order, as it may not be necessary based on your request.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping to Strict Countries: Certain countries have stringent regulations regarding the import of sexual products. To facilitate smoother customs transactions and reduce the risk of items being confiscated, we exclude branding or information brochures in orders shipped to such locations. Be aware that purchasing in these regions is at your own risk, and we are not responsible if customs confiscate your parcel. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
